The Poultry & Farm Store is a collaborative boutique with various vendors. Shared store vendors are provided space to display and sell products in the on-site store. Platinum shared store space puts products in the highest-visibility locations. A store attendant will help customers with merchandise payment. Sitting/standing space is not available within the store for vendors.

Shared Booth

Shared booth vendors are provided a 3-foot space on a 10-foot table to display and advertise their business. This option is ideal for the advertisement of product-based or service-based businesses. Vendors are encouraged to bring materials like flyers, business cards, and product samples to leave for attendees to take. Sitting/standing room is not available directly at shared booths. MadHatchers will provide all tables for shared display spaces.

Full Booth

Vendors with a full booth have the opportunity to showcase and sell products or services at their designated table. This option is ideal for vendors who want to conduct sales on-site and meet potential customers as they visit their booth. Full booth vendors can remain at their booth throughout the duration of the event. Full Booth Vendors are permitted to have up to 48 square feet of table area to place their displays or products. Tables can be arranged in a straight line or L-shape and must be no longer than 10ft long in any direction. Southern California vendors can bring their own EZ-up to cover their table’s space. No EZ-ups are allowed for Full Booth vendors in Northern California. EZ-ups should be no larger than 10’x10’.
Acceptable example orientations:

Example 1: a single 6'x2' table = 12sq ft
Example 2: an 8'x2' table and 6'x2' table pushed together to form an L = 28sq ft
Example 3: two 8'x3' tables pushed together to form an L = 48sq ft

Mini Store

Mini-store space is exclusive and limited. This premium option gives vendors a 12'x12' or 12'x20' dedicated area to showcase their business, make sales, and interact with customers. This option is ideal for vendors who have a variety of products or offer large products (i.e. chicken coop builders). Mini-stores must have at least one representative present at all times during the expo.
